Accessible by muscular or electric mountain bike, this circuit will allow you to cross Gilhoc-sur-Ormèze, Champis and Saint-Sylvestre, before arriving at the Ferme Estival. The route offers remarkable viewpoints, particularly from the Col des Fans, where, on a clear day, you can see Mont Blanc. The path crosses valleys, forests and typical villages of the Ardèche, reflecting the authentic character of the region. The Ferme Estival, nestled in Trouillet, below the Col des Fans, is a place of life and work shaped by Fabien and Nicolas, two dedicated and passionate breeders. Their approach values respect for animals and the environment: their Sardinian sheep and goats are raised with care, benefiting from local food and open-air meadows. Fabien and Nicolas have managed to make their farm a space that is both warm and focused on artisanal excellence.
